New Requests not being added as Tentative by Sniffer.

Is there any new update on a fix or a solution for users whose Outlook is not
adding their unopened meeting requests to their calendars as tentative?

I see we have multiple posts on this problem but so far no solutions have
been offered, except by Gracie Smith from OfficeKB.com.

She recommended:
"Outlook.exe /cleanreminders"
"Outlook.exe /sniff"

This has not solved our issue though unfortuntely.

We have:
Exchange Server 2000 on Windows 2000 Server SP2
Outlook 2003 SP1 on Windows XP SP1

Does anyone at Microsoft or anywhere else have a solution for this?
Is there a way to check to see if the 'sniffer' is running?
