New Resource addition issue

Hi,
I've defined the enterprise resource pool and RBS values for all the
resources in order to maintain the organizational hierarchy. So far things
have been working fine, PMs can only see/assign their resources.
But now whenever I add a new resource and assign them their respective RBS
value, the project PM is unable to access that resources using 'build team
from enterprise' although they lie under their RBS level. This has happened
for more than one PM.
Could somebody guide me regarding this?

Hi

Is the resources RBS setting immediately below the Project MAnagers or does
are there layers between them

If they are not directly below them you may need to change a security rule
in the category that is driving this ...

Instead of allow users in this category to to view information for all
resources that they manage directly....

You may need the item above ... view information for resource that they manage

This would cover all resources that have RBS settings anywhere below them
rather than only on the layer directly below them
