New resource and Timesheet adding lines

Hello,

We have MS Project server 2007 and about 300 projects. Is there a quick way
that allows a new reource to see all 300 projects (to add a line in
timesheet) without adding them to each of the project's resource list?

No, this is not possible. You must add the resources to the project team
for each project. Hope this helps.
