New Resource (RBS) Problem

I am adding new resources to a PS system I am taking over. When I add a new
resource, I enter an RBS, etc. This new resource belows to a custom group
called Corp Team Leaders.

To make a long story short..the existing Team Leaders when logging onto PS
can see other Team Leaders (in the Resource Tab in PWA or under Build
Enterprise Team in Project).

However, any NEW team leader I add to the enterprise resource pool via
Project cannot be seen by existing team leaders. I have checked and I am
using the same RBS level (1.2.1) and custom group.

Any ideas on where I should be looking to troubleshoot further ?

A colleague fixed it. Turns out I had to modify the category for that custom
group which has a list of resources who can/cannot see eachother.
