If the same person always sends it, I'd make a rule that says from
annoying_friend@his_domain.com with FW: in the subject. If he sometimes
forwards things you might need, move the mail to a folder and review it once
a week or so, otherwise delete or move to junk email. If he never sends you
anything worth reading, just delete all mail from him. Also, do not include
his address on any safe lists - this might be enough to get most of the junk
he sends.
Or... just tell him to please stop forwarding stuff to you. This works the
best - I've found most people eventually stop forwarding once the newness
wears off - or maybe when they are told by more than one person to stop.
Exchange offers spam filtering capabilities and there are 3rd party tools
that trap some, but not all, of this type of garbage. It really depends on
the content whether its blocked.

@domain if you only want to affect a certain domain) but I know of no way
within outlook's rules to have it look for 2 addresses.

i am looking at creating a rule for outlook which will stop any email
where
the body of the email contains multiple email addressess. can any one
suggest
how i can do this,?
