New Section on the even pages

Hi,

Does anyone know how to force the new section to be only on the even pages,
i.e. if the new section is about to be created on the odd page it will make a
blank page and create the section on the even page.

I browsed the previous newsgroup posts and found a work around with Page
Break. Sorry for the trouble.
