New sections with different page numbering formats

Are there limits to the number of different sections with different page
numbering formats? I'm looking at more than 15 in a project I'm doing at
work. I'm considering breaking it down in to five separate documents at this
point but would rather have one file if I can figure out how to do this.

I went back and counted them - I need **28** sections! And I found what was
causing my headaches with the page numbers. "Same As Previous". They should
rename it to "Mess with your head".

The good thing is that I now have a list of the various sections that I can
use to keep track of my progress. Section 5 (Appendix A) is going to be a
nightmare. It looks like test results from software used to test hardware.
Spell check gave up on it (literally!) and I have to proof everything
because I'm converting from a paper document to OCR text. 43 pages of this.

Positive vibes and/or prayers for what little sanity I have are welcomed!

I don't see a reason why you shouldn't be able to keep 15 sections in a
single file. Just make sure to set the required page numbering options
for each section. See

Note that it is *not* necessary to unlink sections (headers/footers) to
restart numbering or change the number format, but it is necessary if you
want to omit numbering at all or change the header/footer in some other way
(beyond what can be achieved with StyleRef).

Some of the section have no numbers - and my "style skills" are very weak. I
do things the hard way.
