When you create a new PS 2007 instance what is in common with the existing
(orginal) instance?

The code base and SharePoint Content store. The data for various Project
Server instances is stored in separate databases.

when you refere to code base does that contain the enterprise global as well
as enterprise fields?

Sharktracker:

No, those are elements of an instance contained in the Project Server
database. By code-base, I mean that the code that provides the business
logic and interface, etc, are reused in this situation.
