I don't understand, where does DNS come in if the problem
occures AFTER outlook has connected to the server and
pulled down the e-mail list and such and displayed it on
the screen for the user? Seems to me that DNS resolution
would occure long before this problem occurs.
DNS resolution (and everything else for that matter) is
fine on this machine. After the initial 30 second "lock
up" outlook works perfectly. If it were a network issue I
would expect the problem to occure on other people's
machines or intermittently, instead it's only on two
machines and only when they start outlook 2000.
Any other ideas?
