Recently changed server OS (and new hardware) from Novell to MS Small
Business Server 2003 and I'm now experiencing very slow performance using MS
Access.
I have front-end / back-end databases setup on the server and client
workstations and whenever I make a change to an object on the front-end
database it takes 5-10 seconds for Access to allow me to select another
object or open a menu or make another change.
The client workstation is XP and I'm using Office XP. It just started
happening when I changed from Novell to Microsoft.
Any ideas as to why I'm seeing such a delay??
