New Support Options for Outlook and BCM 2007

Hello All,

During the beta, the BCM product group and Microsoft beta support personnel
would usually respond to any reply sent to the Business Contact Manager Team
([email protected]) and provide troubleshooting assistance.

Now that the beta period is over, support for BCM 2007 can be obtained in a
variety of ways - phone, e-mail and chat. Please see this link to get your
support options for your region:

Any e-mail sent to the Business Contact Manager Team will probably have this
link in an auto-reply, so this is our effort to set proper expectations
without making you wait for a reply with the same message as above. <g>
