New Template Previews in Word 2003

When I download Word templates, they show up alright in the appropriate
directory and are useable, but do not show a preview. Re-saving them in
place, saving new docs based on them and/or re-booting has no effect.

I looked for the template columns, but they seem to have been removed.

Anyone?

Hi Stu,

If you open the template and in File=>Properties turn on the
'save preview picture' choice then save the template again does that help?
