I have a saved Word 2003 document written in Franklin Gothic Bookmark
font that contains about a dozen bookmarks. I then have a
Powerbuilder program (yes, it's very old) that opens this Word
document and via DDE inserts text into it at these various bookmarks.
For some reason, after the Powerbuilder program has finished inserting
the text I look at the document and see that the lines it sent over
are in Times New Roman. I have been scratching my head to figure out
how this can be. I don't see *any* Times New Roman used in the
original document, and these DDE remote inserts don't send out
formatted text. Any thoughts? Can bookmarks invisibly "hold" fonts
somehow?
