New to Access Database Design.

Hi all from SA. I'm new to access and have a question. I work for a service
and repair company an we used old Q&A for Dos to enter out day to day service
calls.

We want to migrate to Access 2007. I started with the database design witch
was not so difficult. I ran in to a problem, here is a short description.

I created tables for Customer, SubCustomers,Employees, Technicians,
Systems,categories and Services.
This work well but some of my customer have sub customer where we need to do
services. So from a drop down when logging a new service call I can Select
the customer but and here is the problem sometimes I need to select a sub
customer.
All the data is stored in the Service Database with Primary Key numbers. In
affect what should happen if I log a Customer the Customer IS is stored in
Service But if I select customer and then choose to add a service for a
subcustomer the sub customer's Id Should be stored in Service. If I open the
Customer Form and Select SubCustomer for this client the Subcustomer database
should then join to the Service Database but I can not seem to get it right.
I hope this description sound clear, ant help????
