New To Access - Help Needed Please

I am a loan processor and I will like to create a database of closed loans,
on paper I have written all the fields that I need but I don't know how to
proceed from here on because there will be relationships between about three
tables (clients, appraiser, branch) PLEASE HELP. Also if I download an
Access template can I modify it to fit my use?

Can you provide more information about what you want to accomplish. Please
include a list of the fields in the tables you have designed. The table
design and the relationships are the most crucial aspect of db design so
you'll want to think it out carefully.

I don't know of any template specific to your need, but you can certainly
modify any that you find.

I will like to be able to create reports based on when files close, which
branch the file belongs to - we have 6 branches, the loan amount, the lender
etc.. I have created the following tables - branches, clients, closing agent
and appraiser; as far as the relationships - I have client relating to
appraiser, appraiser relating to closing agent and then to branches (I am not
sure if I got it right) though
