Hi,

I really need help with building a formula to do the following:

A B C
Expected actual answer
08:00 08:00 Early
On-time
late
If the times match in A & B then c would equal ON-TIME if B is before A,
then c would equal EARLY,if B is later than A,then C would Equal LATE

Hello Ben,

You need a nested IF statement in column C:

=IF(B1>A1,"Late",IF(B1=A1,"On-Time","Early"))
