Property Number: this is a unique number

Price: which is the price

Picture: where i can insert a picture

Offer: where I place an offer

Hi,

I'm not sure of the number of properties you intend to keep in this file.
If it's a small number such as less than 20 I'd suggest setting up a
workbook with each worksheet dedicated to a particular property. Then use
the last worksheet for totals from the other worksheets. If the Price and
Offer amounts are in the same cell in each worksheet it's fairly easy to set
up the sums for the total page.

If you have a much larger number of properties I suggest you check into the
use of Access.

I hope this helps some.
