New to Exchange...

I am new to exchange (2003), having recently switched from Ipswitch's
I mail server.
I have approx 100 users that use either OE, Outlook 2000, Outlook 2003
& even a couple of Outlook 2007s, with all mail clients set up as POP3
& everything downloaded to their computers.
I am planning on moving their mail, calendars, contacts, etc., to
Exchange, so they can be viewed from home, or with OWA throughout the
office & am looking for suggestions on doing this painlessly & without
too much disruption.
Mail, folders, contacts seem to move pretty easily, but the calendars
don't seem to. If I try to copy the calendar, it just creates another
calendar below the one already in the exchange mailbox.
Also, we have several mail accounts that are for customers that
basically forward to several people throughout the company. I'm
assuming distribution groups would be the vbest way to deal with
these?
Any advice appreciated-

For the Calendar I believe you need to use the Import/Export feature in
Outlook. DL would be best for fowarding mail from customers. For the most,
PST's will be your friend to get the users mail into your Exchange
mailboxes. There is program called Exmerge.exe that can help with direct
import of PST's into Exchange. Post back if you have any issues.

I will give those a try.
One other thing I forgot in my original post, what about instances
where a 2 (or more) people need control over a particular account?
Like Boss & secretary, so she can keep up with everything, or a dept
where several people would be using the same acct, like a warehouse,
etc?
Thanks, again-
