New to Groove

I'm trying out Groove. Can I invite someone and have them see my workspace,
perhaps in a "read only" way? Or must others always install the application
in order to participate.

If others don't have to install Groove, then I'd be able to have them look
at a presentation as I talked them through it on the phone.

Advice?

You can 'Set Roles - Permissions' under Options menu item. This will define
the roles the various types of users may have (manager, participant &
guest).
You would need an installed Groove client to participate in a Groove
presentation.
