Hi,

I dont know why the question displayed at the homepage arent in date order
(I cant find my question, and havent been emailed regarding potential
answers)...perhaps a search by the user (logged in) would be good...anyhow.

I have just installed the above package and the ms help and support pages
wont recognise the product key I used to install it for online professional
answers (some may say to this 'typical ms').

Anyhoo my question is, not answered anywhere else in a language I can
understand...how does one set the dictionary 'et al' to ENGLISH. I am not
sure what it is using now, but it isnt English.

thanks guys, for listening and any constructive suggestions would be welcome

regards

All Office enterprise help needs to come from the business that you
purchased the home use rights to their licensed product. MS does not
support enterprise.

If you purchased this product from an online source and not your place of
employment you have purchased pirated software or at least software that was
not sold in accordance with the license agreement.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

I did purchase this package thru an offer from my employer.
They provided a code and a link to a Microsoft site...and off I went.

Accordingly the 'business I purchased from' was Microsoft.

Had it be known that NO support was included..this would have certainly
altered my purchase decision.

Where is support supposed to come from then, besides referal to newsgroups,
or cant I even get that from here?
(These products are marketed by microsoft for HOME usage).

Canned answer

For Office Enterprise issues see the following. Support on this version is only
available from MS or your IT Department and we cannot help you here with the Office
Enterprise version.

Sorry but we do not know if it is Pirated or not. You should have gotten these
instructions as above on your Home Program purchase from your Company

The support for Office 2007 Enterprise is free and look and open

Here you will find the Phone numbers and email addresses as to where and whom to
contact about Office Enterprise and your issue.
Scroll down to the bottom of page to North America

Thanks Peter.

That link also states ' Microsoft provides setup and installation support
for software acquired under the Home Use Program. This support is similar to
the support provided to customers who purchase Microsoft programs at a retail
store and is provided to help reduce the burden on your internal help desk.'

This is exactly what I am after.

I will persue the contact details there...

Lee
