Hi!!
I am completely new to the Internet and I don't have any idea about how
to configure the outlook.
I need help to work with it.
Can any one explain in brief how to configure it please. The effort
will be really appreciable.
One more question Is it done with the low Internet Speed?
Thanks in advance.

You need to visit your ISP help pages in order to obtain account settings,
before attempting to configure outlook.
Low internet speed? - depends where you see this

What version of Outlook? Outlook 2007 supports autodiscover and if your isp
or mail provider supports it, account configuration is a breeze.

Start at control panel, mail - choose profiles and create one for your mail
account.
