New to Project, need help allocating resource availabilty.

I have a proj plan w/ resources attached to the tasks. But now what I need to
do is show what percentage the resource would be available for a task by week
as availability changes weekly. I seem to be getting stuck with being able to
put one availability % for a full task duration.
Ex.

Bob 25-Jun 2-Jul 9-Jul 16-Jul
Task A 25% 10%
Task B 15% 5% 100%
Task C 75%

Hi,

You can introduce that in the Resource usage view.
Set the minor timescale to weeks and on the right side right-click, select
Detail Styles, then Percent allocation.

But from there is there any way to edit thoses percentages?

Hi,

Never tried that... why ask people to calculate percentages when you can
enter work estimates.. but sorry, right you are, they can't be edited.
You can of course enter the work estimate an,d leyt Project calculate the %.

If you can not change the %Allocation on the Resource Useage view then where
& how do you change a resources percentage availability per week? In the
Resource Calendar???
