New to PWA

I have a resource that is new to PWA. He gets to the license agreement page
w/o issue. He selects the "accept" check box and hits the "next" button.
The page them refreshes right back to the license agreement page. Any ideas?
Is this an IE Setting issue?

Not sure if this is the issue, but does he have admin rights on his machine?
Were I work, everyone who did not have admin rights received an error message
becasue they did not have the proper rights to install the one time plug-ins
needed to run PWA. Once you get the plug-ins installed, you shouldn't need
the admin rights anymore.

Randy, Joe is right. It looks like that your resource does not have the right
to download ActiveX. I would suggest looking on as local admin go to PWA and
let the system download the Active X.
Then your new resource should log on and will have access. if this doesnt
work let me know and we look deeper into the problem.
