New to reinstall 2007 on new computer

I installed my Outlook on my desktop and laptop. The desktop crashed and I
bought a new 'puter. Unfortunately I cannot find the case and disk. How can I
install it form the hard drive that was in my desktop?

You cannot unless you copied the installation files to your hard Drive

You cannot install a program by copying it from one PC to another, except in
limited cases, because so much of what controls a program is stored in the
registry and that can be built only by running the installer package.
