Click View - Customize - Toolbars. Select the Toolbars tab and then click
the New button. In the New Toolbar dialog, enter the name of the new
toolbar and click the OK button. Drag the new toolbar to its position
relative to the other default toolbars, such as below the Formatting
toolbar, for example. Click the Commands tab in the Customize dialog. On
the Commands page, select the All Macros item in the Categories list. In
the Commands list on the right side of the dialog (which should display your
macros), drag your macros to the new toolbar. Click the Close button to
close the dialog.
By default, the system creates the new toolbar in the Global.mpt file on
your hard drive. The toolbar must remain in the Global.mpt file in order
for you to see it in Microsoft Project, but the macros can reside in the
project file if necessary. Hope this helps.
