New toolbar

About a week ago a greyed web toolbar suddenly appeared in OL2k2. If I look
at 'views - toolbars' I only have 'standard' selected. If I select 'web' I
get two web toolbars. I have run full virus, spybot and adaware scans with
no results. Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry, Diane, it didn't work. Still got the grey(ish) web toolbar. I tried
running outlook /cleanviews as well with no success.
