New trial of Office 2007 is already expired.

I have a new HP laptop running Vista. It came with a trial version of Office
2007 that would not load. Per HP, I used KB290301 to remove all components,
and downloaded a new trial. When it loaded it comes up as expired. I have
repeated the process making sure to delete all components and have had the
same result. How can I run a trial of Office 2007 on this macine?

Hi Johnny,

See if using Start=>Search to locate the (hidden) file opa12.dat and recycle it then restarting the PC helps.
