New user can't open a fully trusted form on a shared PC

I have a fully trusted form for status reporting and a new user is attempting
to open it on a shared system, the previous user was able to open the form
and use it. However they are unable to now. I had the user look for key files
associated with the fully trusted form a .js and .bak file, but they were
unable to find them. I'm thinking it may have to do with system privileges.

Any ideas??

Hi,

Whichever login user is added to that XSN while publishing or not? While you
are publishing the form you have to check the ‘sign this form’ and create
certificate for you. If not it will ask when you try to open the form then
you have to sign the form with your new user.

Hello

Did the new user installed the certificate assocaited with the form and
signed the form?
