New User Can't Receive Outlook 2000 emails

We had a new person join the company. Instead of rebuilding the machine,
I changed the name of the user on the machine and created a new
Exchange 2003/Outlook 2000 profile. All is well except for one problem.
New user, Alice, cannot receive email, only send email. I scanned the
registry looking for instances of the old user, gina, and found quite a few.
Can you recommend a quick fix? Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is a tough question or a lame newbie question! I don't
want to insult anyone, I'm just curious about my reply/solution!
