New User - Layout

Hi sorry if this has been asked before but I'm a new user of OneNote. I am a
project manager and would like to record information relating to concurrent
projects for a number of customers. Please could somebody make some
suggestions how I should be considering to layout OneNote. Often I receive
phone calls during the day about different projects, and I would like to be
able to record information about these calls and track the tasks i have to
perform. Links to appropriate information would be handy.

Thanks for any help,

Rooster shared these words of wisdom:
Should have mentioned, am thinking of starting with the 2003
version.

I would recommend to wait a few days,
ON 2007 will be available for download in a triel version (which will
fill the gap until the product is shipping to the stores).

ON 2007 is so far improved that as to my experience it would not make
much sense to start with the old version.

There would be quite some things you'd have to re-learn.
Even the basicway to organize things has changed: With the old version
there was just *one* notebook, now it's as many as one wants to use.
Start with the new product right avoid and one learning curve only.
