New User not showing in GAL if OLK client is running in cached mod

Help! I've created new users that are not showing in the Global Address List
if the Outlook client is running in cached mode. If you take the client out
of cached mode, the names appear in the GAL.

This is on Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003.

This is expected behavior until 2 things happen.

1) Exchange 2003 has to rebuild the Offline Address Book. (By default this
is once a day at 4 or 5 in the morning)
2) Outlook 2003 has to download the updated offline address book (This
occurs once every 24 hours)

I created the users yesterday around 2 p.m. CST. When I got to work this
morning at 9 a.m. CST, they were still not showing in GAL if running in
cached mode.

I checked at 3:00 p.m. CST - still not in GAL/cached mode. I just got back
from a training class at 4:45 CST, and they have appeared!

Thanks for your response! Is there documentation on this that you could
point me to? I searched on technet before I posted here, didn't find
anything specific - but I may not have queried just right.
