New user problems

I have found that in the properties of a users outlook
account on their PC, the details do not save over night.
On a couple of peoples XP machines, where it would
normally have their name which appears at the top if the
emails they send, it reverts back to New User every time
they log off or shut down.

How can I prevent this from happening.
