Hi,
Brand new user of Word.
Want to generate a very simple document using Word 2002.
My problem is that each paragraph is being labeled automatically with a
letter, consecutively, for the first line.
e.g.:
a. line one of para 1
line two of para 1
b. line 1 of para 2
c. line 1 of para 3
etc.
I can't select the "a" or "b" or "c", etc. to delete it.
It want to put it in no matter what, it seems.
All I want are simple paragraphs without any numbering or lettering, or
bullets.
Any idea what might be happening, and how to get rid of it ?
Is there an overall Default setting that sets the whole thing to the most
basic of basics, for really simple
letter and document generation, without the zillion options, etc. ?
Much thanks,
Bob
