new user to security

I have never used the security feature in access and true
be told I am new to access altogether. I have been using
the basic features for a few months and have developed a
database with tables, forms, queries, macros, and reports.

My goal is to have the database on a shared drive to be
used by 50+ individuals.

What I want is for a person to have to enter one of three
passwords. Password A gives a person administrative
access. Password B gives a person access to read and
enter data, and run all components to the database, and
passeord c allows a person to read the data and run the
forms, Queries, macros.

I used the Access 2000 security wizard set up my groups
with passwords and then closed out of the system and
reopened it by clicking on the Access icon. Instead of a
dialog box coming up asking for a username and password I
get an error saying "cannot read, no read permission on
MSysObject and MsysAce's".

Any thoughts to help me out?

Thanks
