Lee, I'm not sure I quite understand what you're doing, but this is how I
tried to replicate what you describe.
1-On one worksheet, I entered some values in a row (Sheet1!A10:M10).
2-On another worksheet, I selected a cell (Sheet2!A1), typed an equal sign,
switched to the first worksheet, clicked the first cell in the row (A10),
and pressed Enter. That linked me to the first cell.
3-I selected the cell (Sheet2!A1), grabbed the fill handle, and dragged it
to Column M, which gave me a range identical to and linked to the original
range. I call this my Helper Range.
4-I selected my Helper Range, and Edit > Copy.
5-I selected a cell and Edit > Paste Special > Transpose > OK.
That gave me a column of cells linked to a row of cells on the other
worksheet. Is this what you're trying to do?
