New users can't access the OLAP-Cube

Hi!

When new users are synched from AD into Project Server, these users can't
access the Data Analysis reports. This happens only for users added after the
initial synchronisation.

When checking permissions in MS AS, all initially created users exists but
none of the new users are to be found.

Have you ever come across this problem before??

Project Server users do not sync with user roles in AS. These need to be
maintained manually or by association with a security group.

A couple of more questions/comments though (if you don't mind):

- Would you then recommend adding the AD-groups used for Project Managers,
Resource Managers, Portfolio Managers and so on, to AS?

- If this is so, Why isn't this documented somewhere in the installation /
configuration manual? Or have I just missed it...?

- I find all this a bit strange, as the users was in fact synched when
initially setting up AS...

Sure, this would work.

This must have been manually, as PS2007 will not do this for you.
