We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 and we have some clients that are using
Outlook2007 and most using Outlook2003. I created a couple of new users with
mailboxes and logged into them via OWA and was able to send and receive mail.
When I open my Outlook2007 and click TO: I do not see these new users in the
GAL. Its been nearly 6 hours and it still does not show up. If I type in
the full email address it gives me an error that it does not exist. But if I
login via OWA and perform the same operation I see the new users listed and
can click them to send mail to. I have not had any complaints from managers
running 2003, just the ones running 2007. Not sure if they noticed it or not
or if this is just a 2007 problem. Any help would be great.
