New versions - unable to open old ones

Hi,
I'm publishing one form in a shared folder on our server.
I have done some updates on the form and save it on top of the older one.
now i'm able to open the older submited forms because of schema validations
errors. how to recover this info.

Try it by increasing the version number.
Go to Tools --> Formoptions -->Advancedtab

There are so many reasons that the old forms not to open with new schema.

Did you modify any old schema data types? What are the changes you made to
the new form?
