At www.mactopia.com you will see "Quick downloads" on the right. Under that:
"Microsoft Office Open XML File Format Converter for Mac 0.2 (Beta)".

There are other solutions but I take it you're specifically after this
converter -- which handles mst, but not all, Word 2007 formatting.

A Windows converter exists on Microsoft's site (DOH...who would'a thunk
that>).
