Most likely you are out of luck. Unless you write to Microsoft with some
type of evidence that you actually own VB6, you will have to buy the
application again. Just for reference, VB6 was replaced some years ago
with VB.net which works with the Visual Studio suite. If you don't want
to upgrade I suggest you try one of the on-line auction sites (e.g.
eBay) where you should be able to pick up a reasonable priced
replacement CD for VB6 (but I'm just guessing because I haven't searched
eBay for some time).\
