New word doc not blank, why?

I cut and paste emails to word then print them from there, I do that on a
regular basis, on Saturday the 25th of Sept I pasted to a word doc and now
every time I open word or a new document there it is, all the stuff I pasted
last, WHY? I have done a system restore and it is still there, I can delete
it but every new doc, no matter how I open one has that pasted info. I
checked and it is not opening a new Template, just a blank document. What
the H#ll did I do? Please some one tell me how to fix this.

It sounds like your normal.dot has some text saved in it. Take a look at
