New Word document

I tried to download some items from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/HA102295841033.aspx to help me
with Word 2007.

Now, when I open a new Word document, it looks like a sheet of graph paper
rather than a blank page. I have no idea how this happened.

Please help!!!

On the View tab, clear the check box for Gridlines.
