New worksheet with list

I have created a new document in Excel and inserted a new List. Now in
the list wizard I have made a new list on a new work sheet. When you do
this it seems to make a blank worksheet with only the columns you
specified within the wizard... This worksheet made by the list wizard
almost seems unique normal Excel worksheets.

I can convert this worksheet to look like a normal worksheet (by
selecting remove list manager) but I cant do the reverse. I know you
can hide the columns you dont want to use by selecting them and using
the hide command but this doesn't seem to be what the List Wizard's
work sheet is doing... It doesn't have a drag-able border around the
list.

If anybody knows how to convert a normal worksheet into this format
could you please let me know... it is killing me!

Not sure to understand what you are expecting precisely.

If you want to have the list manager back on, you can click in any cell of
the considered area and then, from the "Insert" menu, get the "List..."
item. That will re-activate the List Wizard and all its related features.

If you want to have the sheet with only the considered columns and rows, the
rest of it remaining blank and un-selectable, I think the quickest way will
be to create it on a new sheet (unless I missed some settings).
