Newb: Asking about a tweak in code

I found this code on a VBA site called rondebruin and it works fine but I'mwondering about a tweak that would make it work better with my specific application. The code below goes down through column A and deletes the entirerow for any instance of "ron" that it finds in column A. My question: "Howcould I tweak it so that it deletes rows with any variation of ron like "Devron" or "Ronald?"
