I have a form that is provided by the state in PDF format , I would like to
print my data to this pdf and have no Idea where or how to begin. So any
suggestions on how to make access link to a PDF

My recommendation would be to scan it and save it as an image (jpg, ...).
then use it as the background image for your report. Size your report
appropriately, and then place your data controls over the appropriate fields
on the image, making sure that you set their border properties to transparent.

Is this one of those reports where you can type in the data while
viewing the PDF file and print the file with your typed in data? Or
maybe even email the PDF file back with the typed in data (although I
don't know if that's possible.)
