Newbie database modelling question

I have an Oracle database with a few tables in it. I created the database
model diagram using Visio 2003. The diagram created OK but on the fields, it
does not show the data type or the fieldwidth (in case of Varchar2) Does
anybody know how to get visio to automatically pick it up while creating the
database diagram?

Under the Database Menu Try Options>Document>Table you will see an option to
display the types.

Also make sure you are using the right drive - it's under the Database Menu
.... Drivers option.
