Newbie - Fit Text to Shape

Hi, This is a very basic question, but I have created an organisation chart and the text doesn't fit in the shapes I created using the orgcwiz wizard. Other than manually adjusting the shapes is it possible to get the text to resize to fit the shapes and/ or vice versa as I'd like to automate this at some stage in VBA.
Using Visio 2000.
