Newbie Form Question

I am trying to create a survey that is to be emailed and sent back.
I have a cmdFinish_Click sub for my cmdFinish button.
If I run the button from the Compose page, the button works.
When I email it and hit the Finish button (Read page), it doesn't do
anything.
Any suggestions?

I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3 IMO

What you want to do generally is possible only if you are working in an
Exchange organization and can publish to the Organizational Forms library.
And that, of course, is not the case since you're using IMO mode. (And
you're not likely to get all the recipients to publish your form.)

Instead, you could simplify the form so that all the user needs to do is
fill out the information and click Send. In other words, skip the code. Send
the saved .oft file to the recipients with instructions to open it, fill it
out, and click Send.
