Newbie - Help with changing the title of a form upon submission to

Hello,

I am new to sharepoint and infopath and am stuck. I am trying to have the
title of the form be 3 fields Concatenated together. I have put the formula
in under the dataconnection to sharepoint, but when i submit the form it is
not pulling the information out of the fields on my form. It is showing the
title as the 3 fields i picked, and of course i don't want my form to be
allowed ot overrite anothers. I need a unique name, which is why i choose to
concat in the first place. In any case, its not working.. Any ideas?

Hi,

I did same thing you described above, but it is worked me fine, describe the
steps you did clearly.
if you do not want override, uncheck the check box, Allow overwrite if file
exist.
