Newbie help with forms

I have Word 97, running Winxp, generally using Via Voice for dictation.
I would like to dump Speakpad, the no frills WP that comes with it and
switch to Word, but I can't seem to get the forms right.

I would like to keep everything in one template, and have a drop down
field that, on exit, runs a macro that adds a different form for each
choice in the field. For example, the first field is a drop down field
that contains chioce A, B and C. Once I choose A, it runs macro #1, a
bunch of text with fill in fields. If I choose B, it runs Macro number
2, with different text and fields, etc.

Can this be done? If so, how.

I think that you are complicating what would otherwise be simple if you had
a separate template for each form.
